Terms of Service
Last updated 22 May 2026
Acceptance
By creating a Keelon account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use Keelon on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept them for it.
The service
Keelon provides AI-assisted project management — intake, milestone planning, daily task generation, risk scoring and cited Q&A. Features may change as the product evolves.
Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Keep your contact email accurate so we can reach you.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to breach security or access workspaces you do not belong to, and no reselling access without our permission.
Plans & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. A trial converts to a paid plan unless cancelled before it ends. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
AI output
AI-generated plans, estimates and answers are assistive and may be imperfect. Review them before relying on them for decisions — you remain responsible for how you act on AI output.
Your content
You own the data you put into Keelon. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process and display it in order to run the service for you.
Our intellectual property
Keelon's software, design and branding remain the property of MarifahSol.
Availability
The service is provided on an “as is” basis. We aim for high availability but do not currently guarantee a specific uptime.
Termination
You may stop using Keelon at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MarifahSol is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Changes & contact
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept it. Questions? Email us at support@marifahsol.com.
