Overview
Keelon is an AI-powered project-management service operated by MarifahSol. This page is a plain-language summary of what we collect and why — written to be read, not buried.
What we collect
Account details (your name and email; passwords are stored only as a salted hash). Workspace content you create — projects, milestones, tasks, messages and files. Usage and AI-interaction logs. Basic technical data such as your IP address and browser, used to keep the service secure.
How we use it
To run the service, generate AI plans and answers, send transactional email, process billing, and protect the platform. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
AI processing
To power intake, planning, risk scoring and Q&A, the relevant project content is sent to our AI providers solely to generate responses for your workspace. It is not used to train their models.
Service providers
We rely on Supabase (database and hosting), Stripe (payments), Anthropic and other model providers (AI), and an email delivery provider. Each receives only the data needed to perform its function.
Cookies
We use a single secure, HttpOnly session cookie to keep you signed in. There are no third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit over HTTPS, passwords are hashed, and access to workspace data is scoped by role. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Retention & your rights
Your workspace data is kept while your account is active. You can request access to, export of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
